This project involved a start up business that, in less than three months, changed the way oysters are marketed in Australia and allowed them to compete effectively as a respected player in the Melbourne foodie scene.

The key to the success of this project was the emphasis on the origin of the oysters as well as the farmers and their stories. We designed 'Farmer Bio' flyers that went with each box of oysters to make the purchasing process a more personal experience for the chefs. Thanks to Elisha Ross, the farmers personalities come to life through her beautiful photography.
